Hope you are doing all good. You have not mentioned which exam you are talking about. Please mention the exam name as without the details no accurate information can be shared.
However, guessing from the rank and branch, if it is JEE Mains, you will unfortunately not be eligible for any NITs / IIITs in CSE.
