You have not mentioned the Category you belongs to so I'm considering it as General Category and giving information based on it. For your TS EAMCET Rank it is difficult to get seat in Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad based on previous year's Closing Ranks for OC Category Boys.

Cutoffs varies from year to year, so it is difficult to predict.

To get full fees reimbursement you must have TS EAMCET Rank less than 10,000 and your parents must not be Goverment employees and their income must be less than Rs. 2 Lakhs per annum, if you belong to OC Category/ OBC Category and if you get TS EAMCET Rank above 10,000 then you can get partial fees reimbursement if you are eligible for it. If you belong to SC/ ST Category then you can get full fees reimbursement but your parents must not be Goverment employees and their income must be less than Rs. 5 Lakhs per annum.

As your TS EAMCET Rank is more than 10,000, so if you meet the eligibility criteria then you can get partial fees reimbursement.
