Hello aspirant,

Yes, if a candidate could not get a seat in 1st counselling.They may go for 2nd counselling.The second counselling seat allotment are already out.So, if a candidate couldn't get a seat they may participate in subsequent round.Also there is spot counselling for IPUCET where all the leftover seats are filled.
