My rank is 1830 in keam 2019 my category is LA can I expect a seat in CET in EEE branch?

Looking at the previous years' opening and closing ranks will help you ensure that your preferred college is available for you at this rank.
If we see the closing ranks for EEE branch in College of Engineering,Thiruvananthapuram(CET)
for the year 2018, for LA (Latin Catholic and Anglo Indian) category it was 3810 after round 4(final round).
for the year 2017, for LA category it was 4438 after round 4.
for the year 2016, for LA category it was 3358.
Thus, looking at the previous years' closing ranks and the trend it follows, according to me it is pretty sure that you can secure a seat in CET in EEE branch.
