If we see the closing ranks for EEE branch in College of Engineering,Thiruvananthapuram(CET)

for the year 2018, for LA (Latin Catholic and Anglo Indian) category it was 3810 after round 4(final round).
for the year 2017, for LA category it was 4438 after round 4.
for the year 2016, for LA category it was 3358.

Thus, looking at the previous years' closing ranks and the trend it follows, according to me it is pretty sure that you can secure a seat in CET in EEE branch.
