U can get all branches in vit vellore except CSE and IT

hii

you have pretty decent marks you will not be getting CSE or IT in both Chennai and vellore while you will get branches like Civil, ECE,ECE(IOT) and EEE. well definately you need go to vellore for councelling no other way
