Many of the seats in colleges have been allotted and there are only few seats left and it may have around 60-70% of chances to get you a college and it's a delusion thing.

At the end you must apply for second phase only if you are not happy with your college or stream.

If you are happy with college or stream then I would suggest you to take the allotted seat
