my rank is 20201 general, and 3700 gl. which college is best for me and where can i get admission in cse

I suppose that you are talking about JEE main examination. Your choice is CSE branch, but with the rank that you have achieved, it is difficult to get cse in the NITs. However you can get cse in other government college which offers admission on the basis of the JEE main score.
