My rank is 2155(pharmacy) in OBC-A category,can i get Institute of pharmacy, Jalpaigudi for B. Pharm? Should I go for councilling?

Congratulations for your result. The cutoffs change every year as it depends on various factors. So if we go through the last few years' data, the closing rank for B.Pharmacy in Institute of Pharmacy, Jalpaiguri for OBC A category lies around 7000 GMR after round 3 of counselling. Being a government pharmacy college, the cutoffs are quite high. Now your OBC A rank is 2155 so it seems our GMR will be over 20000. So it will be very difficult to get Institute of Pharmacy for B.pharma. You can expect private Pharmacy colleges with this rank - Guru Nanak Institute of Pharmaceutical Science and Technology, BCDA College of Pharmacy.
