My rank is 22107 in comedk.. Can I get CSE in any top college?? Plz help..

Based on past trends, i am sorry to say this but you won't get any top elite colleges of comed k like msrit,RV etc with this rank as it is seen that popular branches like cse,Eee,ece etc are filled by top 10k rankers.
