the secured rank is will be considered as an average one. To be very honest this rank is not going to let you get the highly demanded branch like CS , IT , etc. you may get the branches like EEE , MECHANICAL, CIVIL , etc. this may vary as this is defined only defined taking the reference of previous few years.
