My rank is 29545,can I eligible for 1st &2nd round counselling?

as your rabk is high enough. There all less chances of getting eligible for 1st round of counceling and 2nd round of counceling. so kindly ask the college itself that you can take part in counceling or not. And stull you have any doubt then ask in comment section.
