Congratulations for getting good rank in JEE mains 2020. According to your rank and the branch you want yo have very less chances of getting any decent NIT. But you may try for it because as cut offs may vary year to year and also you have chances of getting admission into IIITs or GFITs.
Also you may try for some decent government colleges as your rank is good so you will get any good college easily. Also you should go through the last year cut offs that will definitely helpful for you in planning accordingly. The link is given below.

I will say it's not a bad marks. You can get so many good colleges in all over India.
U might not be getting preferential branch in any of NITs even under home state quota. Since u haven't mentioned your state, i can tell you about Delhi colleges. You can get DTU(ENE,EP,PCT,BT) may be before spot round but definitely in spot round,you might also get DTU(PIE,MAE) in spot round if things go in your favour. You can also get NSIT(MPAE,ICE,BT) in spot round. Since NIT delhi is a new college with lesser branches(in number), its previous year cutoff touched around 28k after spot round. EDIT:- these ranks were for general category under home state quota. If u are not a general category student, u can get any branch of your choice even if u do not belong to delhi.
