my rank is 3271 in b.ed outside delhi general will i get a good college ? if yes then which college ? please help me out

You have not mentioned your category so I am considering you to be general category.Now according to previous year cutoff you can get the following colleges:
- Sant Gopichand Education & Welfare Society, Plot No. 149, Village- Ahera, Harchandpur, Baghpath, UP
As your rank is high you can only get the admission in this college.
