my rank is 33000 in ts EAMCET can i get free seat / seat in any agricultural college. if yes do recommend some college's.

You have not mentioned the Category you belongs to, so I'm considering it as General Category and giving information based on it. It is difficult to predict because cut-offs varies from year to year.

The cutoffs varies from year to year and may depend on many factors like

* Number of students appeared in the exam

* Number of seats available

*Category

*Difficulty level of the exam

But for your TS EAMCET Rank it is difficult to get B.Sc Agriculture free seat if you belong to OC Category or OBC Category, based on previous year's cut-offs.

To get full fees reimbursement you must have TS EAMCET Rank less than 10,000 and your parents must not be Goverment employees and their income must be less than Rs. 2 Lakhs per annum, if you belong to OC Category/ OBC Category and if you get TS EAMCET Rank above 10,000 then you can get partial fees reimbursement if you are eligible for it. If you belong to SC/ ST Category then you can get full fees reimbursement but your parents must not be Goverment employees and their income must be less than Rs. 5 Lakhs per annum.

As your TS EAMCET Rank is above 10,000 then you cannot get free seat/ full fees reimbursement. But can try for partial fees reimbursement if you meet the eligibility criteria.
