my rank is 344342 can i get ipu college with cse or mechanical branch ,outside delhi?

In order to get admission in Indraprastha University , you need to give their own entrance test which is known as IPU CET.
The ranking that you get in that exam would determine which college you can get.
The cutoffs for outside Delhi students is usually higher than Delhi students.
