My rank is 3524 in UPSEE exam for B. Arch ( General Category) is their any chance to get a good college especially government college.

Hey!
There are very limited govt architectural colleges in UP. But you can get FOA which is considered the best in UP in second or third round of counselling with such rank. But you should look for other colleges too.
