Hello there

I am considering you as a candidate of andhra pradesh as your domicile state .If we observe the last year cutoffs then there is a chance of you to get mechanical engineering .However you also have a chance to get chemical engineering.but getting cse or ece might be tough .But as cutoffs may vary from year to year so nothing can be said for surety .

With the eamcet rank you have given among of the 3 branches you have the possibility to get mechanical branch that too have low chances in getting the seat because it is top most university in the ap so you need undergo last round of the counselings.
