My rank is 3759 in BBA CET(outside delhi defence) and they've alloted me IITM which is my 10th priority and they've alloted me this college

Hello Prateek,
If you are alotted IITM which according to you was your 10th priority this means simply that your rank was not good enough to get the college from above 9 priority of yours. You can just wait for next round of counselling and can have a hope that you might get admission in college whih\ch is higher in your priority list. You can rearrange your preference list of you think you have a better chance to get into another better cpllege, wisely. You need to fill the choices smartly keeping in mind your rank and college cutoff.

but the cut off in maharaja surajmal for outside delhi defence according to the list is 7659 and in maharaja agrasen(2nd shift) is 17200. What can I do?
