My rank is 38037(general).i am from jammu can i get nit Srinagar cs...4th round cutoff is 36702.Can i get Cs?

With your rank you should be able to get CSE in NIT Srinagar as your home state is Jammu & Kashmir. However, whether or not you are alloted that seat will also depend on the fact that how you have filled in your choices. If you get some choice of higher preference than your desired seat then you will be alloted that seat and not this one. Hope this helps.
