My rank is 399356 (under 4lakh). Can i get college for btech cse in delhi? also, I haven't filled ipu form, i've only filled jee mains form?.

Hi.

With such a high rank, even with Home State quota it might not be possible for you to take admission in government colleges under General Category. However you can still get admission into Private Colleges with a branch of your choice.
