my rank is 39k category-sc ,can I get government ms opthal,or obs&gyani?

Hey,
Last year the cut off for SC category under All India Quota for MS Ophthalmology was a rank of 33425. So, based on this, it is difficult for you to get a government seat. Based on previous year allotment result of All India Counselling, you may get the following colleges -
- Dr DY Patil Medical College and Hospital, Pune ( M.S. Ophthalmology )
- Medical College, Kolkata ( Diploma in Ophthalmology )
Last year the cut off for Obstetrics and Gynaecology under SC category, All India Quota was a rank of 29843. So it is quite difficult for you to get a government seat. But you can get a seat in the following colleges -
- Rajarajeswari Medical College and Hospital - ( M.D. Obst. & Gynae )/ MS (Obstetrics and Gynaecology)
- VMKV Medical College and Hospital, Salem - ( M.D. Obst. & Gynae/MS Obstretics and Gynaecology )
