my rank is 40000 can i get horticultute free seat

Horticulture is undergraduation course to seek admission in B. Sc. Candidates who have diploma degree in horticulture branch are eligible for this bachelors programm. The Horticet exam is the entrence exam which you need to attend. The exam will be offline and the maximum qualifying marks you need to have is 25 % for general and OBC candidates and there are no minimum qualifying marks for sc or St candidates. According to your rank it may be difficult to get free seat but if you belong to any sc or st category you can get seat easily. Hope you got some clarity.
