my rank is 41700 in jee mains paper 2, which college I can get?

Sorry to say this. It is too difficult for you to get admission through JoSAA with your rank. Your rank is much behind the previous year's cut-off rank.

Try with some private Institutes which accept JEE Main Paper 2 marks.
