My rank is 42063 and i got seat in CSD Branch in CBEC in first councelling, can i get better college option in second councelling

As you got seat allotment in this college based on your rank in first round of counselling and if you are interested in perusing B.Tech CSD for next 4 years and want to build your career on it, then you should confirm or accept your seat allotment .
For this course, CSD undoubtedly as per your rank this college is better . But if you want to persue B.Tech CSE (with or without any specialization) or you want to opt other engineering branch for your career , you should sit for second round of counselling .
