Hello aspirant,

I would suggest you go with allotment itself because CSE is a very demanded branch and has the best scope during placements.
Based on your rank you cannot get EC/EE in Vellore and chennai campus. If you get a seat then it will be category 4 or 5 then your fees will be around Rs 4.5 lakhs per year.
