Hope you are doing well. I just went through the previous year cutoff ranks of K-CET. Sorry to inform you that you don't have much chances in New Horizon College Of Engineering except for Automobile Engineering branch. You have chances in Acharya Institute of Technology with this rank instead of the branches like CSE and ECE. I hope you got the point after reading this answer.
