Hello candidate.As you mentioned that your rank is 43808 under BC-D category there are many Engineering colleges where you can get admission.But it is difficult to get admission in government engineering colleges. No need worry there are many private engineering colleges where you can get admission.And mainly the important thing is that getting an admission in engineering college depends on your category.As you didn't mention your category we cannot specifically say thay you can get admission in particular college.
