My rank is 4399 and SC category rank 251 can i get the government mds seat sir ???

Based on this rank the chances are less to get a seat in All India Quota seats. You can try for Deemed Universities or state counseling. To know your admission possibilities in Deemed Universities you can use NEET MDS college predictor tool given below.
