I hope you are doing good, Now coming to your query, As per 2018 cutoff you have pretty good chances to get Govt seats in Delhi colleges under State Quota because 2108 cutoff for SC candidate is as follows
- North Delhi Municipal Corporation Medical College, New Delhi - 65197
- Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Medical College and Hospital, New Delhi - 65141
- Vardhman Mahavir Medical College and Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi - 44652
