your rank is not good enough for cse at velloe.i am so sorry! They are new campuses relatively their quality might not be as good as chennai or vellore ! However all tjis depends on what course you actually want.So try to get a good course like ece or civil .

Your other option is to try from other universities like srm or manipal.They are equally good butnot the best.Again depends on whether you have written their entrance exams.Try for bitsat also.

All  the best ,choose wisely based on your interest and scope.See what you genuinely like instead of just doing engineering because i have seen many regreting after taking the wrong course.
