I guess you are willing to know about the Manipal University as you have attempted for Manipal Entrance Exam Test(MET) and the rank which you have got is a very great rank and it shows you dedication towards the exam. Now talking about getting a main campus than i would say that with this rank which you have mentioned ya the chances are very high of getting CSE branch because you already come under the cutoff list for this particular branch. So i think you can definitely get it if you try.
