You can get NITs of your home state easily .Other wise you will have to compromise with the stream .

You can get colleges in the basis of state counselling.You must apply that.

Hi Kamalesh, hope you are doing well, you have fewer chances of getting into NIT's since you are of general category. However if you are willing to take streams like ECE, Civil, Mechanical and all other than CSE you can get into NIT's. As we are of general category you need to compromise with your stream to get into NIT's. You can get to know the chances of your admission through the rank predictor in careers.
