The minimum eligible marks that allows a student of your category to appear in the second round of counselling is 61 to 56
As you got more marks than that, you're certainly eligible for the counseling through which you can be able to get into government colleges but not in the first counselling, because the minimum marks for your category to join in the first counselling is between 90 to 99, so you'll mostly get through the second counselling.
