My rank is 5809 in clat can I get admission in ipu as outside Delhi general category candidate

Coming to your answer sorry to say that you can't get the college in ipu at this rank as you are general category and that too outside Delhi
To get college in ipu your rank must be under 500 in Clark for outside Delhi general category
