Hi
Your profile suggest that your state is Uttar Pradesh
It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get seat or not as cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
But when we go through previous data then it suggests that with 533 marks you hold low chance to get a seat in Government Medical College.
For example, in neet 2019, 575 marks for general category was the lowest marks to get a seat in government medical college under UP state quota and it was for Autonomous Medical College, Bahraich
With 430 marks you have very good chances for govt quota seats in private medical under UP state quota which are listed :-
*Hind Institute of Medical Sciences, Barabanki
*Rohilkhand Medical College & Hospital, Bareilly
*F.H. Medical College, Agra
And a few more

Dear Aspirant,
Firstly congrats for such a good score. As per last years cutoff, 533 was considered a good score for general category candidate to get government seat through state level quota. Now it also depends on your state as which state you belongs and the number of medical seats available in that state. As you have not mentioned your state so its quite difficult to predict your college.
You can use the given below link to predict your college by submitting your NEET score.
Hope this helps you.
Thank you
