First of all you have a good rank, so you can definitely try for Kalyani University, also you can try for Jadavpur University. There are also some other government colleges and also some of the good private colleges under wbjee so do search for them too. I'll tell you some of the good colleges which are

dear aspirant your reserved catagory rank is not good enough to get electrical engineering in kalyani government engineering college. you may get civil engineering or it that too during the decentralised round. you have a fair chance of getting electrical in jgec.

It is pretty tough to tell whether you will get a seat in Kalyani Government Engineering College or not because it totally depends upon the crowd during counselling. But looking at your rank, you can atleast try once. Wait for the counselling to start from first week of June.
