My rank is 620 and 132 obc rank and I have opted for bf.tech...so is there chance of getting nift.

With this rank in OBC category the chances are high for NIFTS that too the top ones.
Considering last year cutoff's the closing rank was around 312 for NIFT Delhi and364 for NIFT Bangalore.
For NIFT Mumbai it was around 500 something.
So, you have a great chance of getting into NIFT's.
