There are few things that went missing in the query like :
- Desired branch
- Local/Outside Delhi
Observing the previous year Cutoff trend, I can say that you have chances if you hold a local status (Did not include any specific branch). The cut off every year is decided by the following factors: Number of candidates appeared, Difficulty level of the examination, Number of seats allocated,Number of students qualified..etc
