As per 2019 the cut-off for IHM Bangalore is 1356 in OR and 4730 in CR. And cut-off for this year is 1133 in OR and 3491 in CR for OBC. So it's difficult to get seat but it depends on further rounds, don't leave your hopes try for Bangalore IHM and also for safer side have another option which is nearer to your rank.

For admission in IHM Bangalore the cut off for OBC category was 5737  in 2017 10351 in 2016 and 6851 in 2015.

Considering previous year trends and your rank, you might have a fair chance for admission here.
