I would suggest you to visit http://cet.kar.nic.in/cutoff.htm to get information regarding the previous year cutoffs for different colleges and branches so that you can shortlist the colleges where you can get veterinary medicine or bsc agriculture based on your rank.
Having said that, I will also say that the cutoffs vary every year depending on the number of candidates, their rank, the number of seats available, etc.

Hello Sravankumar, you have a pretty decent rank and that much of rank makes you eligible for most of the college out there. You have just have to go out there and fill the form. Now as per your query surely you are eligible for seat in agbsc though cannot be sure about veterinary medicine in any case just keep some college as a backup plan. Hoep this helps!!!
