If your rank under the ST category is 6616, then as per the previous year trends for admission in NIT Nagpurfor the ST category, you seem to have fair chance for admission under the Home state in branches like Electrical, Electronics, Metallurgy, Mining etc. Chances for CSE, Mechanical etc are less as per previous year cut offs.
