You might have some chances of getting admission into institutes like NITs, IIITs or GFTIs.

With that rank in JEE main, you have no chances of getting a seat in any government colleges for engineering like NITs and GFTIs. But you might get some lower chances in some GFTIs if you are from reservation category. But also those chances are low. But you will definitely not be able to get any top branches.
So if you really want to go for mechanical engineering or electrical engineering, then you should go for some of the best private engineering colleges in India like Sharda, SRM, Manipal etc.
