For Vit Vellore with this rank you may try from management quota, otherwise it won't be possible for getting into mechanical.
You may try for VIT Chennai, gou might get by 4th round of counselling. It depends on how many students opt for it.
I would rather recommend you to apply for any specialisation in mechanical rather than core mechanical. This way your chances will surely increase for an admit.
