This is difficult to get admission in top government college at this rank but you can get some colleges such as -

2.Bundelkhand Institute of Engineering and Technology, Jhansi

3.Dr Ambedkar Institute of Technology for Handicapped, Kanpur

CSE is the most prefered branch by many engineering aspirants. Therefore the competition is very high for this particular branch. Even though you belong to the gl category, you might have a less chances to get an admission for the CSE branch in some government college.
