Sorry to say you haven't scored that well to get biotechnology in VIT Vellore campus as the closing rank for biotechnology in usually around 20k or lower than that and you're not even closed to it but you can look for the new campuses of VIT as they are new so the cut offs for top branches in then are very low. You go for counselling and see what you get.
