Hi Seal!! Congratulations on your rank!! I am sorry to inform you that you won't be able to get CS or Electrical as the cutoff in recent years in CS and Electrical in VIT Vellore have been 13500 and 15000 respectively,for more details visit https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/viteee-cutoff
You can opt for other colleges for your desired stream or go for management quota
