Hello .
Sorry to say this , your rank is too far from the cutoff of the biotechnology stream in ap nit according to the previous year cutoff . I think you won't be able to get seat in an NIT with the above rank , you can with IIITs or GFTIs as your wish and there is also chances to get seat.
