With that score you can't get CSE in top IITs.
Best colleges for you will be IIT Bhubaneshwar, IIT Mandi, IIT Patna, IIT Dhanbad, IIT Tirupati and IIT Palakkad.
These colleges are newer but they are good and are going to be phenomenal until the time you graduate.
