My rank is OBC416 in NEST2018. What can I do if cutoff for first counsilling was OBC400? Do i have a chance for admission in NISER?

Good to hear from you.Yes as seen the cut off would may be 400.Then you better go for second round.This is because one would get clarity on the number of seats available after first round.When you for second round then you would get a clarity about the fact whether you will get seat or not.

There are chances you could get a seat in the second list if any seats are left vacant after the first round.
